VisTA Training is free to any Instructor-level Dive Pro. These Internet-based learning modules only take about 1 hour to complete. You can do them at your own pace. They will help you to understand and appreciate the benefits of HydroOptix products by learning a few simple but important concepts about optics (for example, Snell’s Law of Refraction). DEC-Pros (Diving Eye Care) are over 1,000 Ophthalmologists, Optometrists and Opticians who have become DEC-Pros; they share our passion to cure underwater tunnel vision. Most DEC-Pros are peer-reviewed contact lens experts, so if contacts are necessary you will get a good fit. Many are avid divers themselves. You do not have to go to a DEC-Pro; your regular Eye Care Professional can also prescribe contacts. Here is a fitting guide for them. We will talk with your eye doctor and explain your needs as a diver.
